I’m Paul McGannon, I love traveling the world for many reasons. My main motivation for travel is to connect with family & friends. I am lucky to have made many friends from around the world over the years working in the Hotel Industry and I’m fortunate to have an amazing Family spread far and wide. I make it a point to explore new places every chance I get. I love to cook and like most people, love to eat! Good Food is key to Exceptional Travel and it requires research and determination. I also travel for work a decent amount and love to make the most of my travel experience, especially while at the airport. As I began eating at some amazing gems at airports, I started a list of my favorites and I’m here to share them with you. Airport dining does not need to suck.
